OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. This promotion is a "Game Promotion" as defined by Florida Statute § 849.094.

2. SPONSOR: The sponsor of this giveaway is Uncommon Suds, located at 28755 Lucero Lane, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543.

3. ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States; who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

5. ENTRY PERIOD: The giveaway begins on April 9, 2026, at 12:00pm ET and ends on April 30, 2026, at 11:59pm ET.

• Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without social media or purchase, hand-print your name, address, and email on a 3x5" card and mail it to Uncommon Suds, 28755 Lucero Ln, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543. Entries must be received by April 30, 2026. Uncommon Suds is not responsible for lost or late mail.

7. NUMBER OF ENTRIES: Limit one (1) entry per person, per method of entry for a maximum total of three (3) entries per person.

8. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive “A Year’s Worth of Soap” defined as 12 different individual bars of Uncommon Suds soap. Winner may choose the 12 different bars from all bars available and in stock at the time of award. Shipping to the winner is included. All 12 bars will ship together. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $144.00.

9. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.

10. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 1, 2026. The winner will be notified via Direct Message from our social media account and will be announced on our social media pages within 1 day. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Taxes: The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
• Release: By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability related to the prize or the promotion.
• Platform Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
• Scam Awareness: The Sponsor will never ask for payment, bank details or login information in order to claim a prize. Entrants should be aware of fake accounts and report any suspicious activity directly to the relevant social media platform.
  

12. WINNERS LIST: To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address above within 90 days of the drawing.
